- Welcomes visitors and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person
- Answer multiple phone lines and forward calls to appropriate personnel
- Present a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- May cross train to perform other duties
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience as a recepitonist in a dealership preferred
- Exceptional phone ettiquette skills & must enjoy working with people
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic
